FIVE YEAR AFTER HIS MENTOR'S PASSSING, FORMER SIDEKICK BLITZ HAS A CHANCE ENCOUNTER WITH THE HERO RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS DEATH. DESPITE HIS PRECONCEVED IDEAS, THEIR REUNION IS NOT WHAT HE EXPECTS.
this project is the visual component for my master's thesis,
exploring how one can create a successful adaptation of comics to animation through understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each medium.
to demonstrate this, I created a short comic & accompanying storyboards
which adapted a portion of that comic.
