Eight page comic created for my final. This trip wasn't my first time in Japan, and I loved going back after so many years. I realized a little too late that last minute cramming on Duolingo wouldn't do me much good, so I spent a lot of time writing down any text I could and trying to figure out what it said. With this comic, I Tried to capture that feeling.

Not so subtly inspired by my very stressful experience as soon as I arrived in japan. I was reading a lot of Alison Bechdel's work while working on this, which influenced the page layout.
